Definitive Map Modification Order Application Register

The Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority is required to keep a register of applications made under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to add or change paths on the Definitive Map and Statement. Below are the links to each individual Definitive Map Modification Order (DMMO) application, including those that have been completed.

The applications are ordered by District then Parish. To locate an application, select from the District Council area below and then scroll down through the applications. When you click on a link, the page will re-open with a new box on the right hand column with links to open the relevant Application Form and Application Information. Repeat the process to view other applications in the right hand column box.

We are also working on an online register of deposits made by landowners under Section 31 (6) of the Highways Act 1980.
