Day cycle rides:
This group of rides are suitable for most cyclists with a reasonable level of confidence and fitness. Most of the roads used are quiet although there are stretches along roads which can be busier especially on summer Sundays. They all feature on one map which can be purchased from Harvey Maps at £2.20.

Explore Lower Wharfedale 38km (23 miles), but with many shorter options.
 
Upper Wharfedale and Littondale 38km (23 miles) with many shorter options
 
The Settle circular 28km (17 miles)
 
The Gargrave to Settle linear 19km (11.5 miles)
 
 
Longer day rides:
These will appeal to those cyclists with a bit more fitness and experience. They include some of the classic Dales climbs which take you through some awesome scenery, and give some great descents.
